Training Approach
There is a high focus on practicing during trainings. Trainings are customized to ensure that participants biggest challenges with giving and receiving feedback are addressed . This is followed up with exercises/learning's that can be implemented in their daily work, ensuring learning's are implemented, continuously improved and sustained.
Trainings are tailored towards your unique needs and challenges faced. Trainings can be split into 2 sessions of 4 hours each, with a 2 week gap. This not only makes it easier to fit into busy schedules but the gap allows time to practice learning's, gain insights and obtain feedback at the next session.
